Truong My Lan, a businesswoman who chaired a sprawling company that developed luxury apartments, hotels, offices and shopping malls, was arrested in 2022.

Iran: Three put to death for drug trafficking

Iran Human Rights, January 23: Three prisoners were hanged in Qazvin Prison (west of Tehran) today.

Fars, a state-run Iranian news agency reported that three prisoners, identified as "K Kh." (28), "A. N." (34) and "A. H." (41), were convicted of possession and trafficking of narcotic drugs.

They were sentenced to fines, lashes and death by branch 2 of the Qazvin Revolutionary Court.
